
Gertens Fall Mum Sale Fundraiser
August 2024
The Gertens Fall Mum fundraiser goes live August 1st.
Students will earn 15% on gift card and 30% on mums. Earnings will be applied to student accounts. Earnings can be used for band expenses such as a future band trip.
Your customers can access the site and place an order using our store ID:
1. Go to www.gertensfundraising.com
2. Enter the Store ID code 361 for LNHS Band Boosters
3. Click ‘Enter ID to Continue’.
4. Make sure your customers list your student under “Seller’s Name” to ensure they get credit for the sale (very important!)
Please tell your customers what form of your student’s name to use, for example John Porter or Johnny Porter. Using a consistent form/spelling makes reporting from Gertens more concise.
5. At pick up, Gertens will provide a report for each seller showing their customers and order details.
– The site will open Thursday, August 1st and will close on Thursday, August 22nd at 10PM. If you try to access the site before it opens or after it closes there will be an error message, the site will be inactive.
-Late orders will not be accepted.
-Please note: Quantities are limited on fundraiser items. If an item sells out, it will be marked sold out on the Gertens website and customers will not be able to continue to order that item.
-We will need volunteers the afternoon of Thursday, September 19th to help unload the truck and sort flowers. Please mark your calendars and watch your email for more details.
-Pick up Thursday, September 19th estimated window 4PM-6PM. (All orders must be picked up on this date, no exceptions.) Please mark your calendars.
